Three Simple Steps to Start

  2. Find a relaxed posture that feels comfortable
  3. Calm your busy mind by slowing your breath

Your Morning Loving-Kindness Meditation

Begin by gently focusing on your breath, feeling the natural flow of each in-breath and out-breath.

Now, direct your attention to your heart center. Visualise a warm, golden light radiating from your heart.

Gently repeat these loving-kindness phrases:

  • May I be happy
  • May I be healthy
  • May I live with ease
  • May I be kind to myself
  • May I love myself just as I am

As you continue to breathe, imagine loving-kindness gently spreading through your body, softening any tension or discomfort.

Allow your imperfections to be present, knowing you are worthy of love and compassion.

Take a moment to notice how you feel now, in your body and emotions.

When you are ready, gently open your eyes and return to your day with a renewed sense of self-love and compassion.
