I created The Mindful Woman’s Toolkit so you don’t have to navigate perimenopause and menopause alone or feel like you’re ‘failing’ at self‑care. Each session blends carefully curated science, mindfulness and compassion so you can meet your symptoms with more steadiness, not self‑criticism.

How the program works

You’ll join a small, confidential group of women for six live 60‑minute online sessions.
