Hi, I’m Angie, a meditation teacher and midlife woman navigating these changes alongside you. I created The Mindful Woman’s Toolkit so you don’t have to navigate perimenopause and menopause alone or feel like you’re ‘failing’ at self‑care. Each session blends carefully curated science, mindfulness and compassion so you can meet your symptoms with more steadiness, not self‑criticism.
You’ll join a small, confidential group of women for four live 60‑minute online sessions. Plus 2 Bonus sessions if you wish to join.
Each week includes:
Science
Proven techniques for nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.
Practice
Gentle mindfulness tools such as anchor meditation, body scan, RAIN and self‑compassion breaks.
Support
Reflection and sharing in a private women’s forum (app access provided), so you never have to navigate this alone.

Yes. The practices in this program are short, practical and designed for ‘real life’ midlife moments—hot flushes, 3am wake‑ups, anxious spirals—rather than long, silent retreats. You’ll also have guidance and support each week, so you’re not doing it alone.
No. Many women join because they suspect they’re in perimenopause, are in their 40s or 50s, or simply feel more anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted than they used to. If you’re curious and resonate with the information here, then please join us.
